Zagajica Hills
Zagajica hills are astonishing and curious, round-shaped grassy hills (looking like those of Tolkien’s Hobbits Shire) are in fact ancient sand dunes, a unique relict of the Pannonian plain past, before its recent-age transformation into acres of cultivated land.
These hills actually still don’t exist in Serbian touristic brochures, so it’s a real hidden gem and local exclusive. They are not easily accessible by car also.
‘Invisibility’ in a way serves as a shelter from potentially dangerous commercial exploitation.
On our tour, we will have an easy level hiking around hills, which will be a real way to enjoy carpet look green grass.
Ram Fortresses
As day come to the end, we will enjoy sunset at Ram Fortress, as the legend says ‘place with most beautiful sunset on Danube’
Return to Belgrade is planned around 9PM
After an enjoyable half-day hike we will go for some refreshments and lunch.
